Requirements
To qualify for the online uncontested divorce you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- You must be a resident of the State of Utah for the past 3 months.
- If you have children from the marriage, you and the children must be residents of the State of Utah for the past 6 months
- Satisfy the Divorce Orientation course and Divorce Education course as required.
