Card Settlement Service

At Weekes Law, we make it simple to resolve payments and settlements through our secure credit card settlement service. Whether you need to satisfy a settlement obligation or direct funds to a designated beneficiary, we provide a convenient way to process payments while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

When you engage our service, we process your credit card payment through a secure, attorney-managed settlement workflow. This service is provided as a legal engagement. The firm advises, structures, and supervises the transaction to ensure compliance and proper execution. Legal fees are calculated as a percentage of the total amount processed and are disclosed prior to engagement. As part of the firm’s legal oversight and structuring of the transaction, the total credit card charge is processed and, after deduction of the agreed legal fee, the net proceeds are wired directly to the designated beneficiary. The firm supervises the process to ensure proper execution and documentation consistent with the engagement. Clients benefit from attorney oversight of the transaction, structured guidance to avoid errors, clear documentation, and secure wiring of net proceeds to the designated beneficiary.

Our team ensures that all funds are handled with the highest level of care, security, and transparency throughout the entire process.
