Full-time Document Collection Analyst

Fast-paced law firm seeking a dynamic full or part-time document collection analyst for our Orem office. Successful candidate must be friendly, very detailed oriented, able to multi-task and have good communication skills. No prior experience in a legal setting is required. Must be highly dependable, well organized, have excellent oral and written communication skills, be motivated to learn, very attentive to details and have good computer skills.

Duties include:

-Communicating with clients regarding their paperwork
-Reviewing and inventorying client documents
-Assigning client cases to paralegal team
-Corresponding with courts, counsel, clients, and bankruptcy trustees
-Uploading appropriate documents to third-parties
-Responding to client inquiries

Compensation $11 – $13 hr DOE
